Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working after several times?
A: 1. Please make sure that the voltage you use does not exceed 10V, higher voltage may cause damage to the tattoo pen.
2. Please check the connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose.
3. Please make sure that the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo pen.
4. There are many problems that will cause this issue. Please tell us the details of the tattoo pen kit, so we can help you find where the problem is.
Q: Why does my tattoo pen only work when the RCA cord is in a certain position?
A: Please make sure the RCA plug is fully inserted into the tattoo pen. When it is fully inserted, the metal part of the plug is almost fully covered. (Only a narrow gap is exposed.)
Q: Why my tattoo gun is dirty inside?
A: That is the lubricating oil we applied inside the tattoo pen in order to reduce the damage caused by the friction of the parts. It is not dirty.
Q: Why does my tattoo pen only work when the RAC cord is plugged into the S port of the power supply and not when plugged into the L port?
A: Please ensure that the power supply has been switched to the corresponding working mode:
When the RCA cable is inserted into the L port, press the "L/S" button on the power supply to switch the working mode of the power supply to L.
When the RCA cable is inserted into the S port, press the "L/S" button on the power supply to switch the working mode of the power supply to S.
Q: Why my RCA cord doesn't fit the tattoo pen?
A: The RCA plug will become loose because of long-term use. To avoid it falling off from the tattoo pen while tattooing and extend the life of the RCA cord we designed a more compact RCA plug. When it is new, it sometimes will be too tight to be plugged into the tattoo pen interface. You can slightly pry it with a hard object.
