Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items, beauty products, and opened or used items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
3. Refund Processing

4. Exchanges
Blush N Bow currently does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
