1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items, beauty products, and opened or used items cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at support@blushnbow.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

  • Our support team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

Blush N Bow currently does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
