Tips to get the most from BURST Expanding Floss from a dental hygienist
- Gather 12-16 inches of floss around your middle finger, and a few inches around the other middle finger
- Pinch the floss with your thumbs and pointer fingers securely, leaving about an inch
- Glide the floss between each tooth and make your way toward the gumline
- At the gumline, make sure the floss βhugsβ the tooth in a C-shape, allowing it to disappear right under the gums.
- Move the floss up and down the length of each tooth 3-4 times, scraping the plaque from the sides of the tooth.
